PetitFelts was founded in 2011 by Jocelyn Gayle Krodman, an artist residing and creating in the Hudson Valley. Having graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design, Jocelyn honed her skills with various materials, notably metal, until her artistic pursuits took a transformative turn when she discovered the art of needle felting, a process of sculpting wool with barbed needles.
Jocelyn infuses her pieces with love, distinct personality, and a touch of whimsy. All fair trade ornaments are meticulously designed by Jocelyn and lovingly handcrafted by artisans in Nepal. Striving to support sustainable practices and foster economic empowerment, PetitFelts proudly collaborates with a fair trade certified factory that embraces eco-friendly production.
