Prior to first use, boil your menstrual cup for 5 minutes and allow to cool.

While you are on your period, simply rinse between uses in clean water. Do not use fragranced soaps or other cleansers that will disrupt your vaginal pH.

Once your period is over, you can either use a menstrual cup wash or other pH neutral and fragrance free soap to clean the cup, or you can boil it for 5 minutes prior to storage.

Store in the carrying case to keep it clean between uses.
