A black tea blend made for warming up on chilly mornings or diving into a good book in the early afternoon. Bonfire is rich and mysterious with a touch of smoke from Lapsang Souchong, a black tea smoked over pine. Dark chocolate notes from roasted cacao shells pair beautifully with cinnamon chips and natural vanilla, creating a complex flavor profile that evolves with each sip. The initial smoky notes give way to a subtle sweetness that lingers pleasantly.

Delicious with or without cream, though a splash of your favorite milk or milk alternative transforms it into a decadent treat. Despite how extravagant this tea may feel, we keep it as a daily drinker - because some pleasures deserve to be everyday experiences.

Kelly White, the heart and hands behind Murrelet Herb Farm, finds her inspiration in both the forest and the garden. After a decade of farming vegetables, she felt called to pivot to herbs. In early 2024, Kelly purchased the Communitea brand, formerly owned by North Fork 53. Guided by a deep love of the outdoors and her community, Kelly works to bring quality of flavor and reverence for nature into every cup of tea you drink.

Murrelet Herb Farm sits nestled in between the Pacific Ocean and Coast Range Mountains of Oregon. It’s here on a humble 2-acres that Kelly and her partner grow herbs for their tea blends. They focus on growing plants that need little in the way of fertilizer and water and utilize dry farming techniques (no irrigation) in all of their field beds. While the farm produces most of the herbs for their teas, any ingredients not grown on-site are sourced as ethically and sustainably as possible.
