Dry Massage Brush

This high quality natural massage brush is designed for dry brushing, a technique that is believed to promote blood circulation and lymph flow, as well as effectively remove dead skin cells and stimulate the growth of new skin cells. This can also help unclog pores, leaving your skin feeling softer and smoother.

Dry brushing is only recommended 1-2 times per week.

How to Use: Before showering, when your skin is dry, gently brush your skin in short, firm strokes towards your heart. Start with the soles of your feet and work up your legs. Use circular motions on your torso and armpits. Start at your hands and work up each arm, always towards your heart. Do not dry brush your face, as the skin is too sensitive.

Wash away the dead skin cells with a warm shower afterwards and use a moisturizer after the shower to rehydrate and protect your skin.

Gently tap the brush against a hard surface to remove dead skin cells after each use. Every couple of weeks or once a month (about every 4 uses), clean your brush with warm water and soap to give it a deeper clean. Rinse and let dry in a warm, dry place with the bristles facing down on a towel. Allow to dry completely before you use it again.
