Honey Meltaway made with Bee Local Honey from the Willamette Valley and a little sprinkle of Jacobsen Salt to balance out the flavors.

Hazelnut Meltaway is made with “Gold” Chocolate from Callebaut. The sugars in this white chocolate have been caramelized to create a unique and delicious flavor. Whimsy Chocolates adds hazelnut paste to make a smooth, creamy, caramelly Hazelnut Meltaway.

Whimsy Chocolates was founded in 2012 by Pamela Wanous and her mother in law Ann Wanous. Pamela was inspired by her Aunt Vicki’s homemade chocolatey treats, and has grown to include a streamlined production team and professional equipment that enhances efficiency without sacrificing quality or uniqueness.
