They frequently show process videos of how members of their tiny but mighty team cut, sew, finish & pack their clothing, and put a name to the faces of everyone who works with them. Their goal is to employ sustainable practices at every level of their business, from sourcing organic, low-impact and compostable fabrics to minimizing and repurposing their textile waste.

Their garments are made to order, which drastically reduces waste, their textile scraps are sold in maker's boxes to be used for patches and craft projects, they don't use plastic packaging, and they plant a tree for every purchase, just to name a few sustainability steps they're taking!
