Davids premium natural toothpaste is made using the highest quality ingredients to safely and effectively whiten teeth, fight plaque, and freshen breath with natural peppermint oil flavoring.

It contains nano-hydroxyapatite (n-HA), which has been clinically shown to effectively remineralize tooth enamel and repair sensitive teeth by binding to the tooth enamel and blocking passageways that can form from the nerves to the surface and cause tooth sensitivity.

n-HA is a non-toxic compound that is naturally present in your teeth already, and has been used in place of fluoride in mainstream toothpaste brands for many years in countries like Japan, The Netherlands and Canada.

Davids contains no bleaching agents, but instead uses microabrasives from sandstone and quartz to gently polish the enamel and remove surface stains.

Packaged in a recyclable aluminum tube with a non-BPA liner.

Ingredients: calcium carbonate (limestone abrasive), vegetable glycerin, purified water, sodium bicarbonate (baking soda), xylitol (birch derived), hydrated silica, hydroxyapatite (nano), sodium cocoyl glutamate, carrageenan (seaweed derived), mentha piperita (peppermint) oil, mentha viridis (spearmint) leaf oil, pimpinella anisum (anise) seed extract, gaultheria procumbens (wintergreen) leaf oil, stevia (leaf extract).

This toothpaste has been tested and rated at 100 RDA, which is well within the safe yet effective range of abrasiveness for daily brushing established by the American Dental Association.

To recycle your empty Davids tubes, you have to take a few steps:
1. Remove the cap and discard.
2. Cut the crimped end off of the tube so that you can clean out the toothpaste inside. Use some sturdy household scissors that aren't too precious.
3. You can either cut a long slit down the center of the tube to expose the inside of the tube, or use a tool like a chopstick to open up the entire tube. Be careful--the cut metal edges will be sharp!
4. Clean out all the toothpaste. You can use your toothbrush to help you.
5. Now it's clean and ready to recycle in your curbside bin. To increase the chances of it being correctly sorted by your recycling center, you can roll it up and put it inside an aluminum can or a ball of aluminum foil.

Davids toothpaste was founded by Eric Buss in 2015 after he was unable to find a transparently produced, effective, minimally processed naturally derived toothpaste. He spent the next 4 years developing his own and Davids was born.

Davids is still owned and operated in California by Eric and his family.
