m.bueno ceramics are made by Mariella Luz in Olympia, Washington. Mariella has been making wheel thrown ceramics since 2014. After years working in the Olympia music scene, Mariella took a ceramics class and decided to buy her own wheel after just one lesson.

Mariella strives to make work that is affordable enough to use every day and simple enough to mix with things you already own.

Her 10+ years of experience are evident in the quality of her work. Every piece is perfectly balanced, well proportioned, extremely clean and evenly glazed. Trust me, I see a lot of ceramics and it isn't easy to make pieces this uniform and comfortable by hand.
