A delicious, mostly farm-grown blend of chamomile, lavender, nettles, milky oats, and blue cornflowers. The dominant flavor of this blend is chamomile, but the lavender offers it an elegant floral tone, while the nettle and milky oats bring in some grounding, earthy notes.

This is the blend we reach for before bedtime, or when a moment of relaxation is overdue. Delicious with honey, or just fine on its own. We drink a lot of Nap & Nourish in our household.

Kelly White, the heart and hands behind Murrelet Herb Farm, finds her inspiration in both the forest and the garden. After a decade of farming vegetables, she felt called to pivot to herbs. In early 2024, Kelly purchased the Communitea brand, formerly owned by North Fork 53. Guided by a deep love of the outdoors and her community, Kelly works to bring quality of flavor and reverence for nature into every cup of tea you drink.

Murrelet Herb Farm sits nestled in between the Pacific Ocean and Coast Range Mountains of Oregon. It’s here on a humble 2-acres that Kelly and her partner grow herbs for their tea blends. They focus on growing plants that need little in the way of fertilizer and water and utilize dry farming techniques (no irrigation) in all of their field beds. While the farm produces most of the herbs for their teas, any ingredients not grown on-site are sourced as ethically and sustainably as possible.
