Hemp Cotton Ribbed Socks

Created with the environment in mind, Nishiguchi Kutsushita combined hemp with 100% cotton to produce socks that are breathable, feel dry to the touch and have a cooling effect.

The crisp texture and worn-in comfort makes them a necessity for hot summer days.

Hemp is a plant which requires almost no pesticides and less water than cotton, making it an environmentally conscious choice.

Materials: 77% cotton, 18% hemp, 4% polyester, 1% elastane

Machine was cold, gentle cycle. Use a mesh delicates bag if you have one. Hang or lay flat to dry.

Nishiguchi Kutsushita is one of three brand names produced and sold by Knitwin, a family owned sock manufacturing company in Nara, Japan.

Knitwin was founded by Katsuji Nishiguchi in 1950 with just one hand-operated knitting machine. Now operating under third generation director Isato Nishiguchi, Knitwin has evolved and expanded into a sock manufacturing company housing over 130 knitting machines. Their team consists of industry veterans with over 50 years of experience, as well as new generation talents in their 30s.
