The serrated paring knife makes quick work of slicing through the rough skins of citrus fruits, the delicate flesh of tomatoes, and is ideal for cured sausages like salami.

The coated beech wood handle protects against moisture and dirt, making it a durable and long-lasting product.

Opinel has been crafting knives and hand tools in their factory in the town of Chambery in the French Alps for over 130 years. In 1890, Joseph Opinel invented their iconic pocket knife, which has changed little since its invention and has been featured in international design exhibitions because of its brilliant simplicity.
