One of Opinel's kitchen essentials, this stationery peeler features a quality stainless steel blade and a simple construction with a beech wood handle.

Preferred by many professional chefs, the stationery blade allows for rapid and effective peeling. The pointed end of the blade is used to remove eyes and blemishes from produce, and the handle was designed with both right and left-handed users in mind. A must for any kitchen or bar cart.
