Reclaimed Vintage Notebook

Notebooks made from salvaged vintage books collected throughout Europe. After the original text block is removed, it is replaced by hand with a block of perfect-bound smooth light cream writing paper made to the exact size of the vintage book cover. 

Because the vintage books have variable dimensions and thicknesses, the dimensions and number of pages will vary from notebook to notebook. Due to the reclaimed nature of these notebooks, no two cover designs are alike. The notebooks pictured are meant to give you an idea of what to expect, but the notebook you receive will be different from those pictured and will be selected at random. Rest assured, it will be very unique and cool!

These sketch and notebooks are made from used books collected through Europe. After the old inner work is removed, each book is carefully and skillfully rebound with sustainable blank sketch paper (as many or as few pages as are demanded by the original binding). Because original old book covers are used, each About Blanks note/sketchbook is different and therefore unique - and a new life begins.

All About Blanks are filled with unlined blank sketch paper. The sketch paper comes from responsible sources (FSC). The paper has a light cream shade and the texture makes it perfect for sketching and making notes. Handmade in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
