This simple, classic design from Wheeler Bag Co. holds just the essentials and is perfect as a day bag during travel or just walking around town for the afternoon.

The waxed canvas exterior is water resistant and just gets better with age.

Materials: #10 Waxed Canvas, railroad denim, vegetable tanned bridle leather, nickel snap

Interior Dimensions: approximately 6” x 8” x .5”
Pocket dimensions: 6” x 6”

55” strap adjusts easily with a new overhand knot and cutting off excess leather with sharp scissors.

Cleaning:
Brush off dirt. Use a clean sponge or brush to gently massage small spots with cold water and a drop of mild soap. Rinse with cold water. Let air dry. Do not use warm or hot water, laundry detergent or dry cleaning.

Re-Waxing Your Bag:
To maintain the water resistance of your bag, you may choose to re-wax in a year or two, depending on how much you use it. Use canvas wax according to package instructions.

Shift + Wheeler is owned and operated by Nick and Becky in downtown Astoria, Oregon with help from a few of their friends who they employ as sewists.

Nick designs and produces bags and accessories, while Becky designs and sews their clothing. Together, they operate a showroom and retail store not far from Short Wave. I love them.
