Wood Wick Soy Candle

100% soy wax wooden wick candles that smell like your favorite Pacific Northwest places. The woods, a vegetable garden at the height of summer, a lush lawn in the park, the deck of a cottage on the coast.

Each candle comes with a QR code on the back for a playlist to accompany your burn so you can set the right mood and have a multi sensory experience.

Containers are reusable as rocks glasses--just gently scrape out remaining wax (soy wax is very soft!) with a butter knife or spoon and wash in hot soapy water. All of my rocks glasses are reused candle containers--no one would ever know!

A face pursed to the earth at peak golden hour with hands careening between blades of grass. You’ve insouciantly abandoned any care of the grass-stained knees that are sure to follow. You’ve made it, you’ve finally succeeded in chasing the childlike wonder that is only found amongst the bees in a field of clovers. New growth inevitably pushes through the soil, matching the pace of the hopeful and ripened spring glow.

Doom and gloom chased from the sky as clouds are burnt by radiant beams of golden light. Ships bark in the distant wharf as you kick your boots off and shake your coat free of feeble fir needles. Let out your exasperated cries of a days worth of woes and cast all worries to the sea where they’re meant to be. Although this candle burns hot- you’ll welcome a familiar cool wave of relief often accompanied by a swig of chilled gin.

Make sure to burn your candle long enough to allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the container. This is especially important the first time you burn the candle to ensure that the wick gets enough air circulation and doesn't form a tunnel.

Trim the wick to about 1/4" before you light it. You can just snap off the burnt wick with your fingers or use a candle wick trimmer. If your candle isn't lighting or staying lit, it's probably because the wick needs to be trimmed.
